i like ur charactor fluffy hairstyle..

It looks incredibaly 2D. The Sky is cool, maybe add some stars? You should have the person actually facing the skelleton, not just standing looking straight at him. (Like a side view.) His arm holding the staff is also longer than the arm doing nothing. You also should add something to the ground to give it more depth.
