Just started playing again, still haven't done the task. What is the best way to do this with the new EOC? I heard mage was the best method.

 

I'm pretty poor, but I have ragefire boots and 3m or so to spend on mage equipment. What should I use?

Also, what should my inventory setup be? Stats are in the sig, you'll notice I can't use extremes/overloads or high level curses.

 

I am currently getting chaotic staff, I have arcane stream.
