Just started playing again, still haven't done the task. What is the best way to do this with the new EOC? I heard mage was the best method. I'm pretty poor, but I have ragefire boots and 3m or so to spend on mage equipment. What should I use? Also, what should my inventory setup be? Stats are in the sig, you'll notice I can't use extremes/overloads or high level curses. I am currently getting chaotic staff, I have arcane stream. Thanks

Never even considered melee, if you say it's possible I guess I'll try it. I do have a rapier. When I get to Jad how do I distract the healers if I melee? Should I just kill them or what? Edit: spelling

I would say get reverence because you are already at a pretty high agility level. I would say surefooted is better for helping people at like high 40s-50s at ape atoll, you don't really need the extra help.

Hey all. Just got a Jad Task from Kuradal and I wanted to know what the best setup is. Relatively poor, probably be using welfare gear. I'm also thinking ranging would be the best option for me. 3 pretty important questions for me, should I use mercenary's gloves or barrows gloves (have both), fury or god stole (just wondering if the prayer bonus matters all that much), also at 71 prayer should I be using super restores for prayer or prayer potions (i'll still be bringing along some super restores because I will be using brews). Casting telegroup trollheim apparently takes no time, so you can cast it as often as you can click. Hope no one was planning on doing a large with randoms. That'll be patched soon I'm sure. I got reprimanded by a J Mod recently over a forum post I made concerning Jiblix (no mute or anything, just my post removed and inbox message). They really are handling this in a peculiar way. It's like Jiblix is public enemy no.1 to Jagex.

Keep fury, get tassets, keep torso, no BCP.

Yeah, I realized that. That's why I was thinking of sticking with torso and getting tassets. Why BCP and not tassets (i'm currently using torso and d legs atm)?

With the recent crash of prices (probably in anticipation of bxpw) it has come to my attention that I would be able to buy tassets and a bcp, but only if I sold my amulet of fury. I was wondering if that would be a good idea. I am currently working on slayer so that's mostly what it would be for. Also, I have a fighter torso and if I did not buy bcp I could keep fury. Those are my options, just wondering what the best one is.

When you say it that way it makes sense. I thought you meant loading time as in how long it takes the game to load (i.e. the image "there's no place like home..." is stuck on your screen). Minor miscommunication.

In the video it says that increased loading time means increased xp/h, just wondering if that is a typo. Or am I missing somthing?

I actually haven't heard of Bluerose13x, Duke Freedom, or Chessy018; the other two most definitely. I'd have to go with Zezima hands down at number 1. Then probably N0valyfe, Zarfot, The Old Nite, and Lilyuffie88.

Couldn't Jagex write in their ToS that by paying for membership you are "renting" items and gold, then continue to say that if you violate one of their rules the "contract" between yourself and Jagex is null and void, giving them the right to ban you?

If you're going to just copy the work of another person then you should give them credit, Rach puts a lot of effort into that topic. Very ironic of you to say if 'you have time' as though copying and pasting takes more then a few seconds? I don't think you have a very firm grasp on what the word "ironic" means. I was just about to point that out too, lol.

I disagree with this. Full pernix, which i'm pretty sure is the most expensive set of armor dropped by Nex, is currently worth around 1.5b, but that hasn't led to any drop in the price of rares. That being said the price of pernix, torva, and virtus will probably all come down as more and more people are able to access and kill Nex.

First post on this site, well here goes. Personally I think Jagex selling RSGP is a terrible idea. As other people have already stated inflation would be terrible because gold would become devaluated especially when all the RWT sites start to undercut Jagex. Also, to the guy who said that he got his money back from the movie theater after throwing popcorn, that probably doesn't happen that often, I have been kicked out of theaters for much less without a refund. Jagex could definitely write something to cover themselves in their Terms of Use policy or whatever. All that being said, I hope whenever the Jagex staff ever starts thinking about selling RSGP they slap themselves in the face and realize once they figure out a foolproof way to stop the horde of bots roaming around (captcha anyone?) a lot of the game economics would fix themselves. That's my two-cents.
