hades712 Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 Hey all, I'll start off by saying that I apparently joined tip.it in 2004 apparently (wow), but I can't get into my RS account. I'm not sure really why I want to, but I can't even get into the recovery place on the website because it always says something along the lines of "Can't access at this time. Please try again later". I've tried on multiple different browsers and I've tried weeks in between Emailed jagex twice and they didn't respond either time.. Am I out of options? Kaur Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 1. Make sure you have the latest Java installed and don't have add-ons such as NoScript blocking the website.2. Email responses usually take over a month as Jagex is extremely understaffed and behind the schedule.3. Read all pinned topics in 'Account Help' subforum on official RS forums.
