my mate just made me this awsome sig, but unfortunetly it is 32916 byte, which is a lil too much. So if any1 could compress it and get the file size below 30k i'd be grathfull (spelled wrong)

Could get the ava at correct size at first so i made it shorter, but it looks faster. Now it is the correct size.

how did u compress?

for the avatar i've changed the length of the animation, it looks a little faster now but takes less space.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and for the signature, i've chosen to use less colors, for gif the highest is 255 and lowest 2. So i tried to get the number of color as high as possible but under the 30kbs. and it work out quite well in my oppinion.

so u use image ready? and the over gif u change quality?

yea, i use imageready just open the gif in it and mess with the number of colors, dither and stuff, the ava was a little harder cuz i had to remove some of the animation.
