Hey all!

 

Partaxx here, with some RuneScape song remixes! These are a few I've done so far, more to come. I've been trying to get them out there and get kind of a name going for myself. It would be awesome if you guys would check these out and let me know what you think of them!!

 

Cave Background Remix

 

 

This is a Cave Background Remix! For those of you that may not recognize the name, it's the song from the mine underneath Falador; one that I'm sure holds a special, nostalgic place in our hearts from days of old. Let me know what you think! This is a new kind of thing for me, having incorporated actual instruments and vocals into it.

 

A Daemonheim Rendition

 

 

This one is a complete overhaul of the Daemonheim music, also currently the main theme of RuneScape, with realistic instruments. It's a little slower, and a lot more powerful. It took a few days but I think it was worth the work and it was a lot of fun. Let me know what you think of it!

 

Port Sarim Remix

 

 

I had techno remix in mind when I started this one. Port Sarim is the place I would always seem to be when I was a noob way back in the day. I think it turned out pretty well.

 

Spooky Remix

 

 

I began this one with the intent of doing something similar to A Daemonheim Rendition wherein I would recreate it realistically, but it quickly switched courses and became its own thing. I really like the way this on turned out. I would especially love feedback on this one.

Nice music, what DAW do you use?

I use Cubase 5 for most of the arranging and sequencing, and Adobe Audition 3 for the sampling :) And thank you!!
