I have no idea what is going on, I was just playing a few minutes ago, now I cant log into the game, it says my username or password is incorrect. I now cant log into my email account, it says I am already logged in somewhere else. I cant do an account reset beacuse it says the email associated with my id is not valid. I have had this account for like 7 years, and I dont go on any weird websites and I have a bank pin and never had a problem before. What is the next step?

Probably ask customer support and provide any and all receipts/transaction numbers with Jagex as proof you're the owner. Don't provide actual credit card details, but in your online banking>Transactions, you should be able to find membership/SOF/Solomon purchases, copy the 'TRANSACTION NUMBER' and provide it as proof.

 

As well as the usual recov' questions, Username+Display Name (dont provide password), Creation Date (roughly) and any other fine details.

I still dont get what happened, I was playing the game, went away from computer, came back and could not log in and I still cant log in. I know my password, I never go on websites, have never botted, and do a full system scan with norton once a week.

how long does it take for jagex to get back to me so I can see if I got hacked and am done playing RS or not
