Change the border colour to a light or dark blue

yeah...maybe make it a bit lighter i always do a border in a lighter of darker colour than the background - normally it works out

Change the font and maybe make the sig hight a little smaller and it will be ownage :P Maybe font placement as well :)

the fonts a little to simple and make the border a little lighter

the border doesnt suit it try a 1pixel in a black or darker blue
