Th e Doctor Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 So as I'm working through region three I've purchased all of the ship upgrades, all of the necessary crew from the region and now just have building upgrades left until I reach region four. My question is which building upgrades should I get in which order (I'm going for the 3rd ship as of right now as that seems like the obvious choice). Beyond that any in particular I should work on?
