What is the armor this person is wearing? I saw it and I've searched so many item lists and I can't find it. Specifically what is the gold cross on his chest, the plate skirt, and the staff? Please please please help and tell me what it is!!

That would the be the yellow Pharoh Ankh (Pharoh Top and lacks the ankh or 'cross' for females) and the Pharoh Shendyt from the Pharoh Outfit bought from loyalty store for 2000 points.

 

The staff is Pharoh's Sceptre from Pyramid Plunder.
