Near the start of the walkthrough, it says:

 

In order to get to the Land of Snow, head to the basement of the Wizard Tower south of Draynor and speak to Isidor. Once you remind him of the teleport phrase "Ectosum glissendo", he will send you to the Land of Snow.

 

However, the basement no longer exists since the Draynor Wizards Tower was rebuilt. Isidor is now up one floor from the ground level. I ascended the beam in the middle of the tower to get to him. Alternatively, one could descend from the top of the tower (after teleporting there using the Wicked Hood teleport, for example).

 

Note, you do not need to remember the phrase, "Ectosum glissendo"; now you automatically say that to Isidor when you talk to him. Maybe you used to have to select this phrase from a menu of choices. If so, that's no longer the case.

thanks for the submission. I've updated the quest guide with his new location no longer being in the basement.

 

As for remembering the phrase, I've left that section as it is as the character reminds him of the phrase and it doesn't explicitly state to remember it anyway.
