i currently have around 65m to spend, should i spend this on 94 herb for easy overloads, something like summoning or would it be best to save up for better weaponry/armour? I currently have all gwd sets, rcb, abs and maul,

I would personally go for overloads. They are really helpful

Having overloads doesn't mean much if you don't have drygores and such to go with them. You have plenty of cheap, noncombat xp left too, so you can do that while flipping to make money.
