July 14, 201312 yr WoT + Ahrim's book will be limited to Lv. 70 damage when using abilities. Overall, I'd recommend Armadyl battlestaff because you would be benefiting from Lv. 77 damage + Lv. 77 accuracy.(If you were to use Momentum, you could have Lv. 90 damage with either, but you'd have only Lv. 70 accuracy with wand + book while you'd have Lv. 77 accuracy with the staff.)
