July 20, 201312 yr It looks like this is no longer possible, because you used to make partial mixtures by adding the unicorn horn dust to a partial super restore. With the change to the production interface, you can't make 1 dose mixture step 1 anymore. In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.

I figured I was unable to make it, but without a definitive answer I wasn't going to give up. :razz:
