You now enter the Black Knights Fortress and head west, to the ladder right near the door, in the corner of the room.

 

Also, its not really mentioned, but when you are killing the Elite Black Knights, until you get all 3 drops, you'll be in a Multi-Combat Area with many things attacking you capable of doing damage quickly.

I have went ahead and made the change and credited you, the change should go live shortly. I however did not mention the multi-combat thing due to as Sy mentioned all of RS is multy now.
