This idea is worth it! here's a post that resume my tougths : Now I know there has probably been posts on this, infact, I know there has been because I just searched it. All I really want is support for an idea. I see that there is many benches, stools and chairs around Runescape which are currently a waste of game space. So, why not put these into use? Ideas -When you are low on energy, you can sit on one of these benches and it will make your energy recharge 2X faster than usual. It will also recharge hitpoints and other stats that little bit faster. (But not to good because that would make the idea of Restore Potions obsolete). -It would be great for trading, social events and just for looking good. It would be nice to see people at the park in Falador or in any Bar having something good to talk about. It seems that most people just don't have any time to sit down and talk about things nowadays. So, although I am bracing for an almighty flaming... I would like to know if any body supports this idea or not. I may also make a picture showing my idea sooner or later. If you look on the topic most people really don't have that much to say except that they like the idea so whatever you were planning on saying would have been fine. You are much more likely to get flamed, for creating a new topic that is purely spam. Your true character is what you are like when you believe there are no repercussions. So what about the guy who posted TWICE on a topic he thought was spam. If you dislike someone's topic/idea, you should give *constructive* criticism, as the other kind (we all know what I'm referring to), is not appreciated, and nor will it help anything out - if you have nothing positive to contribute, please leave without posting. A lot of ppl would be against this idea from the begining, for reasons like bots/autoers. Bots are a part of runescape, when Jagex banned the 50 000(i think) did that get rid of all the bots? NO! Because ppl are always going to cut corners in the game. It doesn't matter if the detection rules are changed and updated because ppl will develop new bots that work around them! I think sitting is a viable idea if we tune it up a bit, like say instead of 2x rate of restoration, what about a random rate from 1.1x to 2x, so sitting will get back energy faster but how fast is different each time you sit. Comrade Posted February 14, 2006 Share Posted February 14, 2006 I completely agree with you.The castle in Al-Kharid has so many tables people could have huge feasts at but no one can sit down.It would be nice to be able to sit down at a conference or something like that. Blazer2255 Posted February 15, 2006 Share Posted February 15, 2006 I say Let My People Sit!!!!!!! this is an awsome idea when i have free time in real life i play b-ball or am on runescape but runescape i can get bored from times to times so sitting around talking havin feast would be real nice take a break from the hectic world of combat and fishing have a few pizzas andsomthin to drink!
