Does your internet explorer work fine?

ah, i wasn't sure if it really mattered. I guess downloading through chrome was the issue?

But i would like to use chrome as the internal browser. When i do and i load up runescape it's just black. The page doesn't seem to load. Any suggestions?

Does RuneScape load fine inside of Chrome normally? You may need to try re-installing JAVA or use the HTML5 version.

yes it typically works fine on chrome outside of swiftkit. 

And its not that the game won't load; not even the runescape homepage loads

Try going to C:\ProgramData\SwiftKit and deleting the ChromeCache directory.

 

ProgramData is a hidden folder so you might have to paste it in the address bar in Explorer/My Computer.
