Unable to grab hold of chrome

hello so im having this really annoying issue that has cropped up randomly today. every time i try to play runescape within swiftkit, i get "unable to grab hold of chrome, ensure you have the latest version of chrome installed"

 

i have uninstalled chrome and reinstalled the latest (non dev) version of chrome from their website and the issue still persists

i have reinstalled swiftkit

updated my graphics drivers

reinstalled java

Hi,

 

Chrome may have been updated which might have broken it. I'm away till tomorrow though so can't look at it till then.
