Any small tips & tricks for Frost Dragons?

Hey everyone, Just thought I'd see if the was any other tips & tricks I may not know about for Frost Dragons. Currently I'm just using Bandos/Chaotic Claws and Extremes/Super Antifire and a Unicorn Stallion and Magic Notepaper. I'll also use the Berserk ability when I build up the Adrenaline to get 3 quick kills. So basically I'm just wondering if theres anything I can do to boost Kills/Hour or if I'm doing everything alright. 

 

Also, Is Magic Notepaper a waste of money (My best BoB is a War Tortoise)?
