The location of the H.A.M headquarters has moved so this little bit of info should be changed.

 

6: JOHANHUS:

 

Johanhus Ulsbrecht can be found in H.A.M headquarters. The entrance to the H.A.M. headquarters is a trapdoor in the ruins of a building found between Lumbridge and Draynor Village. Pick the lock, and you will be able to enter. He's not dressed like H.A.M. and is located to the total south and then in the east room near the jail where Jimmy the Chisel is being held. In return for Jimmy's release, he wants a monthly supply of chickens from Fred the Farmer.

 

 

The information is already updated here, but not in this quest guide.

 

 

"This dungeon is located north-east of Lumbridge (just over the bridge), you need minimal thieving skills to enter"

 

 

Also, the placement of Johanhus Ulsbrecht is different from both the quest map & HAM Dungeon guide map. This is just a quickly thrown together map of one part of the HAM dungeon.
