You used the fixed preset then enlarged your screen causing interfaces to be spaced out and the game world portion to be small.

 

If you go to settings edit, then pick the world editing option u can drag the game view out to be full screen and then use the other edit things to arrange interfaces right.

Okay, thank you. Boy, runescape sure has gotten so much more complicated. The interface at least. It's quite overwhelming for a first timer..
