Error decoding the update file

I just downloaded swiftkit, and when i try to launch it. A message "There was an error trying to decode the update file" pops up. Is there any way I can fix this problem?

Is your computer set to english? there is a known fault with windows where Chinese and japanese characters aren't interpreted correctly which causes SwiftkIt and some other  applications to crash.

ah well, I guess that's the problem then. My window's language was set to Traditional Chinese.
