After upgrading to Win 8.1 My DGS stopped working.

 

I used to be able to run it granted I didn't change HUDs. Now it doesn't want to capture even on Jagex presets.

 

Am on Intel i7-3635qm, amd radeon 8870m/intel hd4000(14.4 amd drivers for radeon).

 

Is there any way to fix that?
