How would the damage bonus from power armor (Pernix minus hood) be quantified as an overall increase in DPS? I realize it's 10% of a fast level 80 weapon, but how can that be compared?

Likewise, what about Scrimshaw of Cruelty? How does the Superior Scrimshaw of Cruelty differ other than the time it lasts? What do either of them even do?

 

I'd like the following "quantified" in terms of raw DPS as well (so that I can compare and add them up more meaningfully):

Mighty Slayer Helmet on task

Sharpshooter Aura(s) (by tier, please)

Anguish (Initial and ending boost)

Overloads (For Ranged, at least)

Jewelry crit bonuses; Can .1% crit be translated into DPS?

The difference in DPS between Needle Strike and Dazing Shot
