July 16, 201411 yr Recently, several people on the Runescape forums have asked how to find out the date that they started playing. The best answer we can give is to ask Hans in Lumbridge how many days until the player gets the 5 or 10 year veterans cape, and work it out from that. Then I remembered TipIt's great set of calculators, and thought what a good addition a calculator to work out when a player started playing from Hans's answer would be. Shouldn't be too difficult to code - subtract Hans's answer from days in 5 or 10 years, convert to seconds, subtract from current Unix time, then convert new Unix time back to a date.
July 16, 201411 yr Seems kinda pointless since it'd take longer to navigate to tip.it and find said calc than it would be to type it into google, especially since most/all browsers now have a search bar right at hand at the top of the screen. Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills :: Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA RewardsDragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue
July 16, 201411 yr It's also useless for those of us who have played for more than 10 years, since he doesn't give any information about how long we've been playing (trust me, I've looked - I really want to know when exactly I started playing) If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.
