Max Cape/Quester Project from Scratch

Soooo, what I basically mean is- im looking for a partner to start either a Max Cape from scratch meaning we start new account and build to the Max Cape together.
 
Or im looking for the same thing (partner to start with on new accounts) but to build a questing pure meaning we just complete every single quest since level 3. This includes task etc.
 
We can also makee videos if you want.
 
Personally I prefer we do the quester because this will gain us ALOT of usefull and needed items and stats that will ultimately build up to a max cape.
 
Last time i tried this my partner bailed on me... So serious active people only!(I have school coming up on the 25th so I'll only be able to play after 4:30pm on the weekdays) -Thanks
