while reading a guide i can't see pictures in that guid . also i can't use the calculators and timers available like pop voyage calculator and farming timer. can you help me.? do i need to fix/install something.? -i have latest version of java installed-

i don't use an ad block but timers and calculators sometimes work and sometimes dont

From your screenshot, it looks like a styling issue. @Xena_Dragon's the one who seems to maintain that particular calculator, so if it's specific to that one page, I'll prod him about it.

TBH, it's looking more and more like a JavaScript issue. I know that Voyage Calculator, even the styling, seems to heavily rely on it. The Transmutation Calculator is literally entirely built from JavaScript when the page is finished loading. It has no preloaded HTML.

 

Our guide pages use a plugin called lazyload - again, handled by JavaScript. It makes it so that your browser only loads images when they come into view. Your Chrome seems to hate the JavaScript.

 

When one of those pages opens, press F12 and go to console. Do you see any JavaScript errors? If so, which? Sometimes this can be caused by shitty advertisements and such - not something directly cause by us (but we can fix).

i know the problem is caused buy my computer  cause i have the same issue in chrome and firefox

Tip.It has a pop-up that appears once a day. It'll pop-up when the user first interacts with the page. At least I think it's only daily. Seeing all of his JavaScript errors, it might just not be storing that he's already viewed his daily ad.

i'm very sure i don't have a virus or bad extension i'm using kaspersky internet security 

Back at kilwa5000. Hit F12 again to open your developer window again. Only this time, go to Network. Press F5 to reload the page. You should see a full list of resources that the page retrieves. Click the Status header. What, if anything, is it failing to retrieve?

lol somehow it works now but i'm sure if i close the browser and open it againg i will have the same problem again

If it happens again, try using Ctrl+F5 to reload the page. It'll ensure that your browser doesn't use cached files. You may have just had a bad copy of jQuery cached. Who knows. :P.
