Somehow I locked the world gate I think by accidently clicking on one of the rotate options on the controls.  Now I can't get back into Freneskae.  I've tried the combination again and dialed in the symbol for Freneskae but it keeps telling me a mystical force is stopping me from going through. Please help!

Are you sure you did the full combination lock (first symbol, second symbol, then third) completely and correctly? It seems that message pops up when the lock is entered incorrectly/the gate is aligned to a different world. Otherwise I'm not sure what to try..

Yeah, I tried the combination several times.  It's powered up and you can see the worlds through the gate but won't let me through.

Have you actually started Fate of the Gods?

 

Can't enter it until you've started that a Sliske has brought the gate out of the shadow realm

yes, I've finished Fate of the Gods and have also been through the world gate earlier today.  Just went back to get the memories that I never bothered to get.  Wonder if it's a glitch?

Are you 100% sure you've set it to the Freneskae gate?

 

All the other world options are blocked off for entry and some of the symbols do look quite similar.

Yeesh...now I feel stupid.  The Vampyrium one is identical!  Thanks for your help and sorry for wasting your time.
