Kirbyallstar
Title. I know if you get a sceptre you get kicked out and it appears on the ground but I haven't read anything about the outfit.
Arceus
According to RS Wiki, you simply get a popup and you are not expelled, so you should indeed be able to claim your piece of the outfit. It just replaces an artefact. Unlike the sceptre drop, the player is not expelled from the pyramid when they find a piece of the outfit. Instead, a dialogue box will pop up notifying the player of what they found. If the player's inventory is full, the outfit piece will replace an artefact in a similar manner to receiving a strange rock piece.
