Yes, I know it's recruiter, and people keep saying it's in "West Ardougne", and I have read the stickies, but I am unable to locate the recruiter. I've spent over a half hour looking through plague city and west ardougne and can't find him...

in west ardougne square, i believe that the answer to the challenge scroll is 16 or something..

And the answer to the clue scroll of, how many house have x's on them. Its is 20. :-)
