As you can see, I need 14 levels (it's late, hope thats right) to max.
Haven't played in a little over a year and am wondering if these methods are still the fastest for the skills I have left:

 

 

Hunter: Draconic Jadinkos. (I am aware of big chin).

RC: Runespan?

Div: Just grind Div spots I guess (There's also some sort of minigame? would appreciate a tl;dr of how it works)

Mining: Currently afking Seren rocks, anything else? (cba with WBS really).

Those are pree much the ways to go with that last bit of exp, for the divination minigame all you have to do is run from the walls to the centre grabbing memorys and depositng them for points.. or you can be one of the guardians and disable other npc guardians for points i dont reccomend doing that unless there is only 1 other person doing it as well..

I think you pretty much have it. I'm not sure what the challenges default to on those skills, but it may be of note that you can block challenges in everything you're 99 in, so you can guarantee a challenge to within what you have left. I think Divination got screwed over with some challenge they added though.

 

The Divination minigame that you are referring to goes by the name Guthixian Caches. We have a guide on the site for it. If you play on emptier worlds, you are less likely to run into other players and it makes it slightly easier to earn points. You might just want to do caches only while you do train other skills if you find the Divination spots particularly taxing :P.

Just do caches for Divination and do Big chinchompa for grenwall tickets while finishing up 99 Mining and RC.

 

Cache is pretty simple to do. Jump into the cache at any div spot, run towards one of the four statues in the corner, tag it and you become an Automaton. Then you simply run between other autos and tag them for points. That lasts for about a minute. Once that wears off, there's a one minute cooldown before you can do it again, in which you collect the memories on the edge of the map and dump them into the crater.

 

The big points is being an auto yourself and tagging other autos. It might be a bit overwhelming at first, but it's easy to get a hang of.

 

Also, if you haven't already, block all the daily challenges you have 99 in, and when you get the Div challenge, DO NOT DO IT. Just keep it there, because more than likely it will be that stupid corrupted core challenge thing. It's not worth doing at all. Ideally you should get all 5 daily challenges and not do any of them except for the DG one, to guarantee that you always get a daily DG challenge.

 

Mining and RC is pretty self explanatory, just do span and Seren stones.
