February 24, 200620 yr No, you don't mine any better, but you do have more protection against golems. So, if you plan on fighting random events, then it's a good idea. If you're just mining and running ores, and avoiding events, then bad idea. Raichase, quit Runescape. Time issues really, nothing against the game itself. Something had to go, and it happened to be the addictive game that costs money to enjoy :) Best of luck to all of my friends here!
