Having a lot of trouble with the second puzzle, I just can't get it finished before the first fire I lit going out!

 

Does anyone have a tip for getting it done? Would a higher Firemaking level keep the fires going longer? (I'm level 75 at the moment)

Higher fm doesn't make a difference, only advice really is 'be quicker'
