I was jumping into other worlds, and all a sudden my game setup different, so I quickly went back to world I was in,. And the setup didn't change back.. Did they upgrade the game? Or I somehow accidentally hit a setting? If so how do I change it back?

Did you accidentally turn on Legacy? If you press Esc, Game Settings > Gameplay Settings and untick the two boxes 'Legacy Combat Mode' and 'Legacy Interface Mode' you can get it back to EoC. My guess is that you may have accidentally gone into a legacy-only world which forced the change. Let me know if you need any more help :).

Yap thats what I did, didn't know about the different worlds.. So how do I tell the difference between world modes?

It will say "Legacy Only" or "EoC only" on those worlds in the world description of that row, in between the number of players and the type (free/members). For example: W33 is "Legacy only - Player Killing." It should in fact ask to confirm that you want to go to a Legacy- or EoC-only world before hopping to one of those worlds due to a recent update.

I didn't see either question, how about the worlds that doesn't state either? like one called fist of Guthix/minigames-free? I've also noticed the little flags beside it, do those suppose to indicated it at all?

If they don't state anything about EoC or Legacy then it shouldn't change your settings when you world hop. The flags indicate which country the servers are in - often a server in your country or in the UK will have less latency/better ping.
