I'm using msn messenger v 5.0 for mac, and have infinity-checked my password and e-mail. I went to the Msn help site, and got nothing from it in troubleshooting. Any help would be appreciated. 6cheesepie9 Posted February 25, 2006 Author Share Posted February 25, 2006 When trying to log in I recieve the message: Sign in failed because the password is incorrect or the sign-in name does not exist. If you have forgotten your password, choose Help Topics from the Help menu. My log in information is correct - I checked it on a passport site.
