Well, I've been having problems with logging into Msn Messenger since last weekend. I'm using msn messenger v 5.0 for mac, and have infinity-checked my password and e-mail.

I went to the Msn help site, and got nothing from it in troubleshooting.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

u just cant log on?

If you cant log:

If you have your e-mail and you pw saved... just delete them, and rewrite everything again...

If appears an error:

Deppending on the error, it goes from simple uninstalling and reinstalling to enter the MSN help Site and type the error!

When trying to log in I recieve the message:

Sign in failed because the password is incorrect or the sign-in name does not exist. If you have forgotten your password, choose Help Topics from the Help menu.

My log in information is correct - I checked it on a passport site. I've also already re-installed it after re-downloading it to my computer.
