Does 10 year cape count as risk in wildy?

I have found that a 10 year cape cannot be retrieved from Death even after paying the listed amount. I was hoping to risk said cape on my  pray beast, in f2p wildy. Does anyone know if I will drop +100k in place of the 10 year cape?

I believe the PKer would get 100K (or the relevant cash pile, it may be less), yeah.
