November 27, 20169 yr Hello. My friends started playing runescape OSRS, and I wanted too, but I recognised that I have forgotten my email to log in. I've got my auntheticator on that account, but it only shows my nickname in game. Any ideas how to recover my log in name? Thank you for any help!!
November 27, 20169 yr I'm a little bit confused as to the situation - are you currently able to log in to the game? Do you by any chance remember the email you have your account registered to, which may be different than the email you use to log in? November 27, 20169 yr Hmm, I tried to look on their website but it's just sending me in circles there, so I'd recommend either tweeting @JagexSupport (it may require some persistence to get help), posting on Reddit, or contacting them through this form (fill out as much as you can and explain the issue in the final box. Make sure to let them know you do not remember either the login or registered email to your account but you do have authenticator. Hopefully, they'll be able to at least give a hint about the email on it and maybe that can help jog your memory so you can get into it :).
