Hej guys i m doing The Eyes of Glouphrie quest, but i have to get 1 point in the machine. But i never get red circles.

There should be an exchanger nearby. I think it is called Oaknock's. Here you can just about enter anything and get multiple that sums up to the value of the item you inserted. So you could enter an orange circle, and get 2 red circles back. This should solve your problem.
