What the hell...?

I haven't played on my main account (old school runescape) for at least a year.

Though, when i try to login, it says ''Your account has been disabled. Please check your message-centre for details.''

Is this a ban? Because i believe i didn't do anything bad against the rules...Someone help and explain?

It could be some sort of ban, though more likely it was locked for suspected hijacking by another party. I do suggest that you follow their instructions and access your message center through the website and have a look. If there's nothing there, maybe send a technical ticket and explain the issue to them (fill in the additional info box mainly)?

When an account gets locked for suspected hijacking it specifically says that the account has been locked. Disabled is for banned accounts.

Your account would have gotten hacked while you weren't playing and was botted on + subsequently banned. You'll have to log onto your account on the main website and send a ban appeal. Supposed to take up to 28 days.

Take 28 days for what? Get possibly unbanned or for it to get reviewed by a staff?

This is so ridiculous...

i just did and it said this:

Accountbanned

Your user account has been banned from the Forums for breaking the rules in game. You will not be able to post on the Forums until this ban has ended or been lifted.

Please refer to the Wiki for more information.

Then i do believe i was hacked.

I just checked my Account Status as well:

Banned: Due to the nature of the offence(s) you have committed, your account has been permanently banned

Offence: Real World Trading Major               Type: Ban   Offence Date: 03-Apr-2017  Offence Expiry: Permanent

Offence Evidence

Your account has been involved in serious rule-breaking. We don't currently share any evidence we hold relating to this type of rule breaking, as to do so may compromise our detection methods.

Guess thats my account gone forever. Great.

Well then...assuming you weren't on the account on or around that time, it seems likely that someone either hijacked and sold the stuff or used it as an adbot to advertise their website.

It's up to you, you try pestering them with tweets and emails trying to get them to check IP addresses and explain that it wasn't you. It may succeed or may not - I don't have any idea as to the chances, just that it has happened both ways in the past.

The ban appeal Ammako mentioned says that they won't consider appeals for real world trading and doesn't allow any space for comments - again you can try but I'd assume an automated system just throws it into the trash anyway since yours indicates RWT.

Kinda dumb that they'd allow appealing bans because they know people get hacked and banned from botting by the hijacker but they don't even bother considering that the hijacker can do other things other than botting to get the account banned. :|
