My screen won't resize properly

I have the graphics settings on resizable, but that just made the screen move to the upper left corner of the screen.  How do I resize it so it fills in all the black area?  I'd like to be able to see to play RS.. lol

You need to go into interface edit mode and tick to edit the game world then drag it out.

    You need to go into interface edit mode and tick to edit the game world then drag it out.

    Wow, I looked at that option so many times and thought it was not the right place.  haha.  Thanks!
