So I noticed that you can duel people everywhere now which leads me to believe the duelling area is useless now.

Am I right or am I wrong?

Pretty much, although it can hold staked duels. Also, some clues require you to dig in the area, unless they redid/are planning on redoing them.

"Fight for what you believe in, and believe in what you're fighting for." Can games be art?
