the option for all chat is gone, please fix

I don't think so. I mean, I can still reply to threads and post topics.

It would be hard to troubleshoot without seeing your interface and being able to adjust it (which unfortunately isn't possible) but maybe you could reset your interface to one of your presets or default settings? That should get it back.
