Problem With Camtasia - Blurry When Music Added

When I dont have music it's fine, but when I add it, it gets blurry. I followed the guide that's on Runescape community, but this is the only problem, help me plx :x It's a 20minute long video of Castle Wars, it's 1 clip, it's .AVI and I imported it into Windows movie maker after I was done recording it. Not the best image, but I did fixed region on the Runescape screen, it's still fine to watch, if no music...
