God Armour.

As we all know that God armor is Just rune armor in The colors of whatever god armor you have. So that leaves us a mystery it says in the colors of The god not God armour, So where has The Actual God armour gone. Why is Barrows armour better then God armour were the Barrows Brothers Better then the God Themselves?

But the point im trying to make is that God armour only looks cool other wise its pretty crappy Defence wise.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So i have an Idea for a quest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You Talk to a Mysterious Traveler Who will be Red Or White Depending on what God you support And to Go to The Different God Messenger(i.e. The Mysterious Traveler) who will be in Different places

 

 

 

So example ~

 

 

 

Saradomin Messenger will be at White Knights Castle

 

 

 

Zamorak Messenger at Karajama Volcano

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And when you talk to one of them you agree to Deliver a package to A portal At different locations for each God And when you put it in the Teleporter you Are blinded By a pure light (or Dark if Its Zamarok)

 

 

 

And they give you Some Gloves in The color of The Gods.

 

 

 

After a little bit of Talking they ask you too seek out Guthix's Messenger, Because he holds either Gods Platelegs But when you get to The Druidic Circle you See the Messenger Beset by a Monster(level 256) You Finish the Monster but The Messenger has been Sent into a coma, So the Druids agree to watch him while you search for the ingredients to make the Potion(level 60 Herbalore) Of awakening. After The Messenger Drinks the Potion He Gives you The Legs and tells you to go see The Gods Again.

 

 

 

While you are talking to The Gods He is about to give you the location to where the Next Piece is(The Full helmet) But Before He can Tell you Zamorak Enters and strikes you down While Saradoming flees or If you support Zamarok he only tells you Only part of it then Knocks you out and teleporters you out of his Presence

 

 

 

So After Zamorak Strikes you down You Awaken in A strange Place Surrounded by Level 180 Guards. You talk to one of the Prisoners who says you can escape if you Attack the Guard To the North You Attack the guard and flee through a Crack Where Your God Meets you out there And Finishes Telling you the Location

 

 

 

Where you claim your Full Helmet After Taking the Helmet a Hideous Dog Attacks you (120) And it Drops The Boots

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now the Gods Tell you To claim The Last Piece you have to Defeat There Champion Who Holds The Last Piece Saradomins Is level 300 And Attacks with Magic

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zamorak's is Level 228 And attacks With Melee And he has the Chance to Attack Through your Armor (like Veracs set Effect)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So after you beat them you get the Plate

 

 

 

Congratulations Quest Complete

 

 

 

Rewards The God Armour which You Get During Quest

 

 

 

10,000 XP to Herbalore

 

 

 

15,000 XP To all combat stats

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That's what i thought would Be cool For a Quest

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rate Or hate Just Keep Flaming to a Minimal

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How about...the full God set gives a barrows type set effect

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

zammy...+20% attack or strength on one hit randomly

 

 

 

sara...+20% def to you on one enemy hit randomly

Edit - You cant use prayer during any of the fights

if you worn some god armour into castle wars, some cool stuff happens(thats all it seems to do)but the idea is pretty good lol, although the reward does seem to be a bit 'rewarding' especially on the 15k for all stats, but all is well :wink:

Edit - not all stats Just Combat realted Stats i.e. Defence Strength Attack Magic And Range not prayer(15k exp for prayer is definitely much)

whoa dude i really like the idea of that quest but then again keep in mind of the people who already have full god armor and did the quest would they get more armor or would jagex have to take away all the god armor everyone has and give them something else and make it so you have to do the quest in order to get the armor and another thing i think that during the quest you created you should have to kill a level 120 god servant and get a god pendant (of the god of your choice) and another thing WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO LIKE GUTHIX WHAT THE (-)3LL DO THEY GET OUT OF THE FRIKEN QUEST IF YOU ONLY GET THE CHOICE OF GETTING SARA OR ZAMMY ARMOR......

No it would be Different then Zamaroak colored Rune(or W/E God you choose) you would keep that from treasure trails

IMO, the god armour is for three things: fashion, to prove how "rich" you are, or to show which god you support. In all three of these cases there doesn't actually have to be improvements to stats to show the point. So why improve it?

Lastly why change it?

 

 

 

Because God Armor should not Just be A sign of look who has more money.
