Well to get an avatar you need to go into your tip.it profile and you will see an avatar control panel at the bottom of that screen. Find an image on your computer that you want to make as your avatar (making sure it is within proper height, width and filesize restrictions).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To make a sig I would first off read this sticky, which explains how to upload an image and what kind of restrictions you have with a sig. If your asking how to make a cool signature artistically, well that just involves artistic abillity :wink: . Maybe someone can help you out in that aspect in the Media Discussion forum. Most people use Adobe Photoshop to make cool sigs and to answer your question on how to create a animated picture, you usually need some sort of software that allows you to create .gif files properly
