Stuck on Clue, lvl 1

hey, i recently got a clue and its a lvl 1 clue scroll. i did the first part and now it tells me to search a crate in lumbridge castle in the left tower. ive looked everywhere inside and outside the tower, there are crates around and ive searched them all.....no new clue. does any 1 know where this crate is?

I believe it's not within the castle itself but one of the towers at the outer wall.
