This isnt a revolutionary(hope the spellings right) suggestion like bank change and capes and such. I think that spirt seeds should be obtained in a diffrent way, maybe through a quest or a nest drop that happens at a certain lvl wood cut. I didnt get a spirt seed untill well after 99 wc, then i get 2 within 1 load of yews. I just think most people dont cut to far after 99 wc, and if its that rare then everyone should have a chance at getting 1, post comments, hope its a good idea :)

with the new falador park mole event theres another way to get nests (and tree seeds) without wc.
