Ideas about site referrals and holidays

Ill start with my idea about the holiday, since its going on right now.

 

 

 

Many, many people are confused about this (and previous) holiday drops. The system is fine, but jagex is the problem. on their main page they give vague information about what to do, which only helps a select few who care to read the updates. On the main page they should have in big bold letters: Holiday Info Here!, and when someone clicked the link they would get the full lowdown on what to do. many people are going to leave this holiday season very upset; whenever i see people in egg form or turn into egg form myself, atleast 2 people are asking them how to do it. ofcourse its very tedious to describe the steps in this holiday, so jagex should just put it on their main page. mabye jagex is mislead and think people have fun figuring it out. that may be the case, as it was for me, but the amount of people that will leave without an egg ring and bunny hop just because they did not have sufficient knowledge will be tremendous.

 

 

 

Another holiday suggestion: as for before the holidays, they should have an extremely hard riddle on what the new holiday item is going to be. whoever correctly guesses the riddle first and sends something into jagex (which put the link to send the answer in on the riddle form) with the correct answer will be notified that they have guessed correctly the day before the holiday is released and will get a prize (mabye a special holiday item or something), and there name will be mentioned as the winner on the main page.

 

 

 

The suggestion about site referals: Jages should have an 'approved site list', in which the players are allowed to make referals to the site in game without any negative consequences. in order to get on this list, a site must send in a request form, and the site will be properly investigated before being admitted. the 'approved sites list' would be at the top of the page during gameplay, and if someone clicks the link during gameplay a window will open naming the sites. Another way a player could tell it is an "approved site' ingame is that a player can refer to it by saying (example): http://www.| some site | .com, and the www. and .com will not be blocked along with the site name. (the reason i didnt choose tip it for the example is because they dont use www.)

Or just figure it out.. it is never complicated....Kinda a dead give away after you eat the first egg with yellow bunnies on it and get the emote.. doing it again on a hole (special location) that you may go in
