I was training and I had once of those frogs events. I decided not to talk to the frogs and I went to Frog Land. I had to apologize to the princess and she turned me back to human.

If you ignore the request, you will be turned into a frog and teleported to a distant cave. Find the Frog Prince/Princess in the middle of the cave and speak to him/her. He/She will ask you if you're sorry for ignoring him/her -- say that yes, you're sorry, and you'll be teleported back to where you were. Without the token, of course!
